We are a group of dedicated and empathetic innovators from Carnegie Mellon University. After talking to multiple clinicians and patients at a Hackathon in 2022 we connected with the burden and loss of quality of life of DPN patients. Undergoing Amputations are painful not only on the patient but on the entire family. It emotionally distresses them and sometimes drives them to suicide. We wondered how to solve this grave issue with a simple, cost-effective yet quality solution and here we are with our first product D.Sole, making a groundbreaking path to solve USA’s Healthcare issues.
